falling back to my old habit of being too lazy to blog... smetimes think that it won't matter cos no one will read mah. anw...

chalet for PD appreciation...
sponsored by the big big peeps of hq n organised by tony n frendz, it was quite hmmm ok i guess. (wad else to expect when i only spend like 12+ hours there???) it was at home team chalet at pasir ris which was actually quite nice cos its quite secluded... but took 3hrs to reach there from my work place cos i decided to accompany ahbang fandi n haikal home along the north-south line. but nvm, atleast gt see a few eye candies... back to the chalet, gt to meet rafiq n aiseah son, shafiq n his polar... ( n cute little toy bear... will post pics sum other time). shafique is quite a bubbly cute kid hu is very sociable lol... ended up he was entertaining me tat nite cos the rest were either playing majong, toking buisness or engrossed in their bk. so i spent the nite entertaining the kid, watching tv n accompanying SO on his drive... partly i guess its my fault cos i really lack the ability to relax n hav fun ba... anw, woke up quite late nxt morning only to c tat SO has finished washing his car (wanted to help him but too late lol or was SO too early? hmmm... ) found out tat raymond was the eldest in the family n that he cooks! quite well too... thx for the breakfast bro! but had too leave slightly earlier than planned cos i decided to go ytss help sars teach FA to npcc kids tat afternoon b4 work. Tony was kind enuf to give me a lift accompanied by his dear n dennis hu was goin to hq to conduct a class (thx bro!). so ya, tats how my time at the chalet went... like i said, it was ok but oso nice in a way. everytime we go out for duty n chiong, there was always sum tension n stress in order to deliver to the best of our abilty. the chalet was the only time i saw everyone relaxed juz having fun n enjoying each other company. it was really sumting to c a grp of ppl frm different walks of life come together in way tat they work well together bcos of their respect n kinship wif one another... i hope i can develop tat kind of relationship wif others sum day...

FA class at ytss...
reached quite late cos i was really cramming too many things into my day's schedule... anw the class was.... relatively nonreactive n ultimately i left wondering hav they really benefited cos the time allocated to us was really short. anw, sars n SO did their best given wad they had but was a little surprised when i found out tat there was no liaison frm ytss sjab there wif us. worse still, it seems tat ytsjab were juz breaking camp n they were all kinda surprised to c us there cos i tink they dun noe abt the FA class lol... anw, yada yada yada, we wrapped up there n gt a lift to hq frm SO...

had an early dinner wif Sars then went to cut my hair which turned out super short but i guess i asked 4 it anw. but the most xpensive thing was like the taxi ride to work which cost like 30 buck!!! it used to cos on 20 lol!

at work heard tat apit gt into a rta n was warded at ttsh... so in the usual DHQ Alpha spirit, we went to visit him... turned out he was alrite wif a few abrasions here n there.... i guess we r all thankful for that.

than rushed back home to hav a quick nap than gt my dad to send to wl mrt to meet up wif the other peeps preparing 4 the bbq. quite paiseh cos made them wait like 1/2hr for me... (haiz my punctuality is like crap!!!) took a bus to the sheng shiong there n shop shop n shop (i shld hav prepared a better shopping list) eventually i came to a conclusion tat if i were to prepare 4 the bbq on my own, it wld b a total disaster lol... by the time we left sheng shiong was alreadi 6pm - the starting time of the bbq! luckily SO, charmaine, jeanette, yijun n nisa when earlier to start the charcoal burning. aft detouring to my house to collect sum stuff, we went o hq when along way we heard the dreaded news tat it was raining cats n dogs at hq n worst still, the rms were nt opened! later found out frm uncle nathan tat nobody tld him abt our bbq. luckily he was kind enuf to go check the booking bk n oso acceding to our request regrding the showerrm.... thx uncle! aw, had the bbq at the back porch which when quite ok.... the turnout was quite bad actually... quite abit of officers hu were supposed 2 come had to take a rain check n for the NCOs... well i guess they r quite bz wif sch reopening soon n all... but i muz say tat those tat came were pretty bored cos there were nt much to do cos of the rain xcept to play cards, break dance/listen music or get cooked while cooking at the temp bbq pit haha... poor clare n charmaine! they gt smoked the most esp clare! gts lotz of fd (gt to thx charmaine cos she really took alot of effort to prepare the chickern 4 us marinating it n all) left n we ended up bbqing till abt 3am at which time we still having quite a no. of pckts of frozen fd n a whole tray of bee hoon... cleaning up was slightly more fun 4 me cos the whole night i was nt doin anything really...

aft showering n waking up the kids to ask them to shift to zone rm n slp, i too went too slp leaing poor huimin n charmaine awake looking at us guys slp lol... anw woke up at abot 3+ n hobbled (cos by feet were in really bad condition aft the cleaning) over to tekka with was a very painful xperience. after spending like 3hrs walking arnd window shopping, finally bought the stuff n hobbled back to hq cos cld nt get any taxi... on the way out frm hq met charmaine (frm otc hotel '04). was quite surprised to c her n she looks gd as ever... toked awhile then left cos we were really tired...

dropped kamal off at his house then came back home. was a bit irritated cos i cld nt slp. but anw, cleaned the house n prepared for prayers in the nick of time (finish preparation at 1159pm 4 the midnt prayers lol!!!) n then started my long sms to peeps to wish them. oddly it took abt 1hr to finish sms lol then had to rush n slp cos gt wrk in the morning n i really dun want to b late on the 1st work day on the 1st day of 2008 !

so ya... i guess by now most of u reading this post wld hav already fallen aslp or hav hoped to another blog/website/ task... in any case, if you r still here...
